The 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization began as a means to empower women, particular women of color, who oftentimes are on the bottom of the socio-economic ladder.

Family Medicine Physician Dr. Barbara Joy Jones-Parks is a dually board certified family medicine physician proficient in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment and a sought after medical expert correspondent on CNN and HLN. Most recently on Headline News as their Coronavirus expert. Along with practicing medicine, she teaches young resident physicians and enjoys motivational speaking

As a Registered Dietitian and Health Education Specialist, she has been influential in the lives of many individuals and groups in putting wellness into practice. With her experience ranging from hospital care to nutrition for active people, Jessica is the Owner of Dietitian Approved Nutrition, LLC, where she provides nutrition counseling, education and coaching.

Fitness Expert Danny Crawford, owner and founder of Versatile Fitness LLC, wears many hats, all of which he uses to make a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Certified Personal Trainer with specializations through The National Academy of Sports Medicine in Group & Personal Training, Weight Loss, and Behavior Change, Danny's passion for fitness allows him to inspire personal growth through the lens of personal training and wellness coaching.

Nicole Kodjoe

Yoga & Breathwork Nicole has been a student of yoga and pranayama (breath control techniques) for nearly 20 years, so she brings a depth of personal experience along with current research and fresh insights into each class and client session. Nicole's passion is serving others by empowering them to access self-healing techniques through movement and breath practices, both on and off the mat.

Patrick Kodjoe

Nutritionist As a former collegiate and professional basketball player, Patrick has a practical background in functional fitness, strength training, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention training. Patrick has been formally training athletes and regular folks alike for the better part of two decades and also serves his clients as a nutrition expert and life coach.
